One of our most impactful content strategies was tapping into cultural moments. For example, I created a carousel post connecting Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl halftime look to consumer behavior trends, shared shortly after the 2024 Super Bowl. This content bridged pop culture with marketing insights, showing students how classroom concepts live in the real world — while driving strong engagement.

Authenticity came from our community. By spotlighting graduate students, alumni, and faculty, we created influencer-style posts that gave real voices to our brand. These stories built credibility, connection, and pride in our program.

To keep students informed, I built reminder-style posts (deadlines, event sign-ups, spotlights) and created trend-driven posts (AI-generated action figures). These practical posts positioned our social media as a trusted resource, boosting both relevance and visits to key landing pages, while the trendy posts were highly engaged by our Gen-Z audience.
